Can I pick up my DSW picks at a local store?
DSW offers the option to buy online and pick up in store to make getting your favorite shoes easy without having to pay for expedited shipping. Just choose the store from which you want to pick up your order, and then make sure the “pickup” button is selected. That will filter the options to only shoes that are eligible for pickup. Check out as you normally would, but make sure you select "Store Pick Up" on the item page.
Can I get financing on my DSW purchase?
DSW has partnered with Afterpay to provide the easiest way to pay for your DSW purchase. Just add your items to the shopping cart, and then select Afterpay at checkout. Afterpay splits your total into four equal payments. The first is due at the time of purchase, and another is due every two weeks until it’s paid off. You also don’t have to pay any extra fees or interest as long as you pay on time. Afterpay can make your DSW purchase a little easier to manage.
What is DSW VIP?
DSW VIP is the store’s rewards program. For every dollar you spend at DSW, you'll earn one point. You’ll get a $5 reward for every 100 points you earn, which means you get 5% cash back on everything you purchase. You’ll also get a $5 reward to redeem on your birthday, as well as access to special events and deals throughout the year. As you spend more, you’ll move up to higher rewards tiers and earn better rewards.
What is the DSW shoe donation program?
As a DSW VIP, you can donate shoes and earn a reward for doing so. You can bring new or gently used shoes to your local DSW and donate them to people in need. They’ll go through the Soles4Souls program, which turns your shoes into salable products for small businesses worldwide.
